of the land, to design and construction.

and renovation work is coordinated by a fully qualified Superintendent,
to assure quality workmanship and efficient service. All new residential
construction is covered by warranty.
 The
President and driving force of our Company is Nick Woywitka, who
learned the basics of commerce and building while growing
up in the lumber business. Nick joined the Duncan Junior Chamber
of Commerce (Jaycees) in 1971 and became the youngest Jaycee President
in Canada in 1973. He served as President of the Canadian Home
Builders Association - Cowichan Valley from 1997-98; and was chosen
Business Achiever of the year in 1994 by the Duncan / Cowichan
Chamber of Commerce.
